The aim of the course

The aim of the integrated Airline Transport Pilot License ATPL(A) course is to train anybody to the level of proficiency necessary to enable them to operate as a pilot of aeroplanes involved in commercial air transport operations.

Course Structure and Duration

By regulation the integrated ATPL(A) course shall last from 18 to 36 months. Our course is designed to last about 20 months. Please bear in mind that this is a reference timeframe as it can suffer some changes due to different factors like weather and student’s performance along the course.

The course is composed of 896 hours of theoretical knowledge training and 240 hours of flight training (200 hours real aircraft time + 40 hours in a Flight Simulation Training Device).

Pre-entry requirements

Prior to starting the course, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Be at least 17 years of age

Completion or current frequency of upper secondary school

A valid EASA class 1 medical certificate

Sufficient knowledge of mathematics, physics, and English
